A high number of PCN was received from Gatwick Airport this week. Most PCO drivers are failing to set up an autopay account or the transaction failed as a result of the new anti-fraud prevention rule introduced by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) that requires debit/credit card holders to verify certain payments.
A minimum of £5 is applied to use the designated drop-off zone in both North and South Terminals. Payments must be made by midnight the day after the drop off in order to avoid getting a Parking charge notice of £100, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days.

If you have not yet set up an autopay account do the following in order to set up one;
2: Choose the payment method (Login, Autopay or Open and account)
3: Register and enter your card details.
Choose this option if you do not have an AutoPay account with us and have already used the drop-off zone .
Pay nowGatwick Airport drop-off zones are conveniently located on the forecourt outside both North and South Terminals, just a short walk from check-in and departures.
If you need more time to say goodbye, Gatwick Airport recommends using their Short Stay car parks. Alternatively, their Long Stay car parks offer free parking for up to two hours, with a complimentary shuttle bus to the terminals.
