Parking fines and Penalty Charge Notice Awareness (Grove Hill Road JCT Peterborough Road) in 2026

G&M Direct Hire would like to bring the below traffic restriction to your attention, as we have received a number of penalty charge notices from the London Borough of Harrow for the following contravention: 51 L: Failing to comply with a no-entry restriction at Grove Hill Road, JCT Peterborough Road.

The evidence shows a sign with U-turn restriction, which has been classed as no entry restriction.

Upon failing to comply, you will get a penalty charge of £130 that must be paid before the end of the 28-day period beginning with the date of the notice. It is reduced to £65 if paid before the end of 14 days. If you fail to pay in time, the parking ticket could increase by 50% to £195, and the council may take steps to enforce payment of the increased charge.
