Parking fines and Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) Awareness (Peterborough Road side of 90 Clancarty Road) in 2025
The G&M Direct Hire would like to bring the below traffic restriction to your attention as we recently have received a high number of Penalty Charge Notices from the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for the following contravention – 52 M – Failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicle (m) motor vehicles at Canw Peterborough Rd NWbound opo side of 90 Clancarty Rd.

Upon failing to comply, you will get a penalty charge of £130 that must be paid before the end of the 28 days beginning with the date of the notice. It is reduced to £65 if paid before the end of 14 days.
If you fail to pay in time, the parking ticket could increase by 50% to £195, and the council may take steps to enforce payment of the increased charge. G&M Direct Hire would like to request that its drivers sort out their penalty charge notices and parking tickets as soon as possible.
